Our Multi user VOIP is the ideal solution for your office needs. You can have an option for one user or multi users. We have two options on the multi user . Our first option for R359 pm is for both office use and mobile solutions .
Our second option in the multi user VOIP is R239 per month. This allows you for office use only . Call forwarding is not an option however the features you get like call recording , welcome message , 5 users , time routing and many more features. This will also include 100 free minutes per month in the price.
This product will also allow you to answer calls outside of South Africa with your South African landline number. We have seen a rise of immigration requests , where families look to move to international destinations but for their business to move abroad as well , whilst servicing the South African target market. Most providers on the VOIP field do not offer this service. We also do offer international numbers.
Porting to this number is absolutely free compared to our other services which is standard fee of R150.
Call forwarding is not an option to a South African cell number however it is more than possible to call forward to an international cell number at a relatively cheaper rate .
Features like the welcome message is free for creation with an automated voice , we can set one up at your approval .Call recordings are automatically sent to your email address for storage . You can listen to the call recordings as a legal oral agreement. Time routing is allowing the calls to ring during office hours and allowing the after hours calls ring to an emergency number or voice mail . Having 5 users simultaneously answer or make calls ,makes your organisation a lot more efficient than those with restrictions.
